It was easy enough to follow, follow for the most part. There was just one step that kind of confused me a bit, but overall it wasn’t too bad.

The order itself was okay, but I was a bit disappointed with the communication. I had to reach out twice just to get shipping updates, which made the whole experience feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

I had to exchange a part I ordered from Go Rhino because I picked the wrong fit, which was my fault. Umm, the return steps were clear and support got back to me after about a day. Shipping it back was a little annoying, but the replacement showed up fine and everything worked out. Not a perfect process, but overall it was a good experience.

It arrived on time, but the box was banged up with a torn corner. Everything inside was fine though, so not a huge deal. Packing could be better.

I waited way longer than I expected for my order to arrive. I get that delays happen, but the whole shipping process just felt a little off and I was left wondering what was going on.

I ordered these because they were listed as fitting my truck, so I figured it would be a straightforward weekend install, but nope. Once I got everything out and started lining things up, the holes weren’t even close to where they needed to be. I kept thinking maybe I had something flipped around or I was missing a step, but after messing with it way longer than I should’ve, it was clear they just weren’t going to fit. Ended up having to pack them back up and return them, which was frustrating because there went my weekend for basically nothing.

I picked up a set of Go Rhino steps a few months back, they’ve been solid so far. I drive my truck every day, and they still feel sturdy with no weird rattling, bending, or other fun surprises. The finish has a couple tiny marks, but nothing dramatic enough to ruin my day. Installation took longer than I expected, because apparently “simple install” is more of a suggestion than a promise. Shipping was fine, not amazing, not terrible. Overall, the durability seems worth it. Giving it 4 stars.

I hopped on gorhino.com looking for a few parts, and honestly... most of the stuff I needed was actually in stock!! That was a nice surprise. One item I wanted wasn’t available, so I had to wait and check back later, which was a little annoying, but not a huge deal. Overall, it was easy to see what they had and what they didn’t... not a bad experience at all!!

I noticed the finish starting to peel after about a week. Maybe I expected too much, or maybe I just got a bad one, but it made the quality feel cheap to me.

I was looking through Go Rhino and, the site just felt a bit dated to me. Some of the pages seemed kind of crowded, and that part with everything grouped together didn’t really make it easier to browse.
The photos themselves are okay, but the overall layout could be cleaner. I ended up clicking around more than I expected, trying to find the thing I was looking for. It’s not awful or anything, just not the most pleasant site to use...

I ordered mine from gorhino.com i’m happy with it overall. The price was fair compared to a few other places I checked, and the quality feels solid for what you’re paying. Shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a huge issue. If you’re shopping around and don’t need it immediately, I’d say it’s worth considering

I ordered from Go Rhino and the hardware kit showed up incomplete. It was missing bolts and washers, so I couldn’t even finish the install and had to stop halfway to go buy the parts myself. After waiting for the order, that was frustrating. Not saying there’s some grand bolt-and-washer conspiracy going on, but it definitely felt like the box was packed by someone who knew I’d get stuck right at the worst possible moment.
